This course is designed to give you  necessary background information on rules and regulations governing public procurement at USF.  USF, as a State agency, has a responsibility to Florida residents to spend our funds wisely.  It is for that reason our policies exist - so we ensure we are purchasing commodities and services that bring best overall value! We encourage every employee who have a purchasing function, or financial/fiscal responsibility over expenditures to take this course. This course is required for all employees who seek to have "Requestor Role" permissions.
